Formally a historic barn Riverside Lodge has been converted to provide high quality holiday accommodation in the beautiful village of Bramerton which itself is situated in one of the nicest parts of the Norfolk Broads.
With the conversion only completed late in 2017 Riverside Lodge still feels like a new house but with all the charm and character of a rural cottage. For those who crave a few modern creature comforts it boasts fibre broadband, a smart TV and an advanced Nest controlled heating system.
Riverside Lodge has been created with minimising our impact on the environment very much in mind. Despite being an old building it now features better insulation then most new houses along with energy efficient double glazing and an air source heating system that uses only 1Kw of energy for every 4.5Kw of heat it produces.
